This was the "prep" the night before a colonoscopy. I chose the lemon-lime flavor pack, which is why this delightful beverage tasted like seawater mixed with anti-freeze. Looking at the list of ingredients makes me wonder if I could have saved $45 and just enjoyed a nice bottle of conditioner. On my life, it would have tasted better.
