Not the worlds best picture but one year ago a shot like that - a flying seagull captured fairly decently on an extremely overcast day - would have been extremely impossible for me. One year ago I was still trying not to give in to the temptation of buying a dSLR! I was working hard to make my Konica Minolta Dimage A200 do what I wanted...very hard...Luckily, prizes on dSLRs kept falling and finally I took the plunge. And what a relief! Much more to learn, to be sure, but also much more fun!
