"Tippy" was Ellis W. Tippett, AZ #575, in for Assault with Intent to Rob, and Assault with Intent to Murder. He apparently was also something of a gardener.

Sometimes these graffiti are difficult to locate, in this case obscured by dirt and vegeation. (The water bottle at top was used to wash away the soil covering Tippett's name and number.) Thanks to John Moran for pointing out this graffito.
