Ann Watson look like they are going to erect another Old Jacksonville
historical marker. They have the supporting posts and the post caps
but where is the marker? The next one will probably include information
and pictures on the World Record Bass and the State Record Deer -
both taken near Jacksonville, Ga. We appreciate the interest and
financial support of the Merrymakers as we erect more history markers.
The Merrymakers and individuals of the group have made many contributions
to the cause through their purchase of History Picture Plates and other
donations. Over thirty Picture Plates of College Avenue Church and
other scenes of history have been purchased by College Avenue
church members. Thanks again for your helping hands! NOTE: Counting all
plate purchases of College Avenue members, family photos, anniversaries,
and others, probably some 80 plates have been purchased by these fine
people!
