Tim, I view your amazing work on pbase. I was wondering if you knew where Red-car by the Sea is? I am probably misspelling it but I use to have a friend who lived there and I never found it on a map. If it would help, I still have his old letters in a shoe box so I can look up the town's name again if you need it. My email is storywebber@yahoo.com. Thank you. What ever happen to Suki? Betty

Hi was having a look through your fantastic pictures when I stopped dead in my tracks the avenue of trees being where I grew up at Holly Cottage just out of shot on the right of the picture, indeed my Mother only moved from there about 2 yrs ago.
Awesome work

Hello,
I was wondering about the converted macro 35-80 that you made. Can you still use the lens as a normal lens after doing this? Do you have any advice for someone who is going to make the conversion?

Also, I really enjoyed your photos. Thanks for posting.
Many thanks,
Russell

Hi, I saw you're amazing macro shots that you took with the converted 35-80mm. I'm curious exactly what you did to get it to take shots like that. Is it relaly just removing the front element? Do you have any advice on how to do this. Thanks for any help. Cheers, Matt
