Made two duplicate layers and after using the spot healing tool and a bit of cloning under eyes in Photoshop CS2 I used Noise Ninja to smooth out the skin. Using a layer mask I brought through the eyes so they'd have more detail. Painted in the rim around the iris, lightened the whites of the eyes very slightly by desaturating the red and also a bit of dodging. Did some cloning in the eye at the left to lighten the iris on the left side. Click on next for further developments.
