Polarizing Filter at Work

It was a clear morning but the mountains were a bit misty, as they usually are. The polarizing filter deepened the blue of the sky. A Curves adjustment increased the contrast. (I clicked on the upper right end point in the Curves box and dragged a little bit to the left.) Finished with unsharp masking of 70.-.5-4.
