Yu Choy

Discovered it today when I picked up a bag in my Asian market. It is related to broccoli but tastes much much better. If you can grow cold weather crops, get some seeds. I think you will love it.

Here's the recipe I used...longest part of the prep was bringing the water to a boil to blanch it. Also, had I drained it after blanching I wouldn't have had the liquid around the edges. https://thewoksoflife.com/yu-choy-recipe/

This is delicious. Goes well with so many dishes. A sauce made of oil, water, oyster sauce, white pepper and sugar is good after blanching.
