Japanese Wafu Dressing

Not the very familiar gingery orange stuff they serve in many Japanese or pseudo-Japanese restaurants, this is very delicious. I just put it on a mix of leaf lettuce and spring greens plus some pieces of naval orange. Also added a bit of sesame oil to enhance the flavor from toasted sesame seeds.
Servings: 3
Ingredients
• 1 Tbsp onion (grated, with juice)
• 3 Tbsp neutral flavor oil (vegetable, canola, etc)
• 3 Tbsp soy sauce
• 3 Tbsp rice vinegar
• 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
• Freshly ground black pepper
• ½ Tbs sesame seeds (roasted/toasted)
Instructions
1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk everything together. Drizzle on top of a simple salad of iceberg lettuce topped with tomatoes, boiled egg, wakame, cucumber and red radish.
