My husband's hiking group, "Hell's Geezers" rewards themselves with a cookie exchange at lunchtime. Today I made a big batch of these, which have dried cherries in them, in addition to the chocolate chips and walnuts called for in the recipe. (The flat cookies in the front were the last bits of dough sticking to the bowl.)

It's really thrilling to get useable images at ISO 3200. (I just about always have the ISO set on Auto.)
