I was heartbroken a few days ago when I found that stalk of this Stargazer Lily flattened onto the ground because some pest had apparently chewed through it. I was about to ditch it, since it had two unopened green buds on it. Decided to cut off the bottom and place it in a bottle of water and hoped for the best. Today I was rewarded for saving it.
