I didn't test the stabilization before the new firmware for the 45-200 lens, but I have to say it's pretty fantastic for such a slow shutter speed - 1/10 of a second at 200mm, which is really the equivalent of 400mm. Perhaps it might have been even sharper at a slighter faster shutter speed, but this is pretty darned impressive. (Handheld, of course)
