A light lunch after holiday excesses was appreciated at Sol Y Luna Cal Mex Restaurant in Laurel Park, North Carolina. Although the topping was delicious, I especially enjoyed the toasted corn tortillas saturated with the ceviche marinade. Sol y Luna is the BEST Mexican restaurant we've been to in a long time. They actually make fresh guacamole at your table.
