Under treatment in the Bill Donohue Rehabilitation Pavilion at the Georgia Sea Turtle Center, at least a dozen sea turtles are kept in small tanks while they recuperate. Griffin was determined to have suffered a stroke and could barely move his flippers. The black patches along the edge of his carapace are Velcro. Weights will be added to them in various places to encourage him to use his flippers. Look at the next picture to see his report.
