Asphalt Penetrating Mushroom!

I saw this mushroom in the middle of our driveway today! How could something as soft as a mushroom push its way through 3 inches of asphalt?! As they said in Jurasic Park: "Life will find a way"

WOW lol I better check my driveway :) such a colorful mushroom against the black asphalt, mine that grow in my yard in rainy weather are just blah white or tan
