Michaud's during the 1920s was James Joyce's favorite restaurant.
This is also the resto mentioned in the "A Matter of Measurements" chapter in Hemingway's "A Moveable Feast".
In the story, F. Scott Fitzgerald asks Hemingway to lunch here because Fitzgerald "had something very important to ask" Hemingway.
If you've read the book you know what the question was about.
Sadly, the restaurant is no longer here but this was its site.
