The Lady Ross Turaco is found in Angola, Botswana, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Gabon, Kenya, Rwanda, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia. they are plant & fruit eaters, and will occasionally will eat insects.
