W(hen) S(aturday) C(omes)! Big day today. Aberdeen travelled to Dundee Utd.
Tough game, but a fair result in the end. But it did mean a 120 mile round trip.

I was going to shoot a similar view to Stewarts
(not yet sure if it's the same image yet, so I'll defer to his local knowledge!).
But my camera ran out of batteries just as I was about to press the shutter button.

So instead something a bit closer to home.
These two guys sit on top of our hi-fi unit, and are lit by a halogen uplighter,
hence the strip of shadow, where the unit meets the wall.

I love art deco.
Every time I'm in London I try to get along to the Express buildings in Fleet Street.
Still to work up the courage to go inside.
And if I ever got anywhere near the Chrysler tower, I'd need to be dragged away.
(although hopefully in January I may make a visit!)
So in the meantime here's my ode to Art Deco!
