National Zoo_Cheetah Zoom

This shot was taken at the National Zoo in Washington DC. The background was very distracting, so I did a radial blur with zoom in Photoshop on the background only. This would have been great if the cheetah had looked in my direction!

Agree. Nice effect, but too much. I have similar shots, and if you stand in a proper place, the background is fine. Tru it. I did and the cheetah looke at me! I was lucky. Thanks for the shot and a digital tip!

the cheetah is nice =), but..... the background, really make me headache.... =(

IMO the zoom blur on the background has made it more distracting.. maybe a soft gaussian blur would have been better? Nice photo though.
