This image was digiscoped with my iPhone6. The Sandhill Crane was in a small cornfield on Walnut St in East Bridgewater where it has been seen off and on since December 18. A short time before this photo was taken an adult Bald Eagle circled over the field. While the Eagle was present, the Crane hid motionless in high weeds next to the field. It was unclear whether the Eagle actually saw the Crane. Several crows mobbed the Eagle as it circled, eventually causing it to fly away.
