Ross's Gull has only been found two times in our state. The first one in 1994 and this bird found by Jeff Heinlen on Dec 15. This is a MEGA Rare bird for the lower 48.

Love that you can see the pink cast. We had one in Maryland at a water treatment plant years ago. A very exciting bird!
