Some traditions may not be part of our daily lives anymore,
but this one of the Classic Drive-In lives on in car shows.
This Show "Cruisin' Grand" takes place every Friday night in the summer months in Escondido, California.

The image above was taken for the Weekly Informal Challenge (Week 59): "Traditions"

Great idea for the Challenge... as Janice mentioned not a tradition in New Zealand.. but what fun..I'll have a Diet Coke with mine thanks..nicely composed shot.
Janice Dunn28-May-2011 05:05
We have never had these Drive-ins in NZ. Some have started but never lasted.
Over the last couple of summers they've been having "Movies in the Park" where families can go along with picnics and eat and watch a movie one evening each weekend at different areas. That has been fun. .
