Mount Waddington is the highest peak in the Coast Mountain Range that lies entirely within British Columbia. This view was taken from Port Hardy Bay on Northern Vancouver Island.

I have big news for you. THIS IS NOT MT WADDINGTON. Anyone who knows or studies the mountains of BC, as I have done all my life, knows Waddington is not visible from sea level anywhere, it is in the center of the Coast Mountains back from the ocean, is difficult to see, is 4000 meters high and this peak is maybe 1200 meters high and is right on the ocean.
