I added a good bit of contrast and did a bit of an s curve in the curves adjustment because the original was a tad flat. Again I bumped the saturation about 3%. I had the white balance set to the cloudy setting which helps add some warmth.

You are right about the colors popping in that light...did you have to bump the saturation very much.? We are probably just lucky we didn't get killed on that road! I will see what my renditions look like when we get home. Thanks again to both of you for a fun afternoon.
