Misty Morning Dew
Misty morning dropping dew
Washing dreamland from my mind
Facing yet another day
And the wonders I may find
Evening sets and wondrous stars
Infiltrate the sky
Shining brightly like sparking gems
Again a midnight wine
Into dreams I shall escape
To my life that’s waiting there
Looking forward to another day
Of my life that’s waiting here
Sunshine pardons the velvet night
Another day breaks anew
And once again I’m awoken gently
By misty morning dew.
