One Fine Morning

Strathconon, Highlands, Scotland.

A particularly fine and still winter's morning with temperatures low enough to freeze the hairs in your nostrils. I was making my way over towards Ullapool but couldn't resist this scene with its veil of mist barely cloaking the red sunlit valley of Strathconon.

NEW!! Photographic Workshops at TRANSIENT LIGHT.

I could look at this forever and not grow tired of it. Each horizontal layer is unique, yet the whole fits together. Magnificent!

Great depth of field, and a really nice delicate sense of light. V.
