Findhorn Bay, Moray, Scotland.

A distant view over the low tide sand flats towards the pictish town of Burghead. On exceptionally clear days such as this late summers evening the sun sinks and projects the indigo rim of earth's shadow onto the pink glow of the sky at the anti-solar point. A truly surreal and memorable event.
