A few years ago I was quite sprightly and thought nothing of a dawn run to get to a viewpoint. This one is Mt Cook, it is normally shrouded in cloud but at dawn you can still see its sunlit pyramidical peak offset against the black shoulder of a foreground hill. A study in triangles, the clouds make it successful though.
