That glorious moment when the sun makes its first appearance below a layer of cloud and floods in bouncing across water and wet rock. The elation I feel basking in those last few moments of warmth I can feel my heart physically swell drinking in the sheer beauty, everything is right again with the world troubles melt away and are swept out to sea. At the coast these feelings are even more sharply defined, the tide washing away the old revealing the new not once, but twice in a day.
