One of my favourite places in one of the most scenic parts of scotland. The view over lochan Urr towards the Buchaille at Glen Etive. The sight of all those rhodedendrons blooming both on the edge of the loch and the islands themselves in July is something to behold but to my mind it is almost as impressive in Autumn plumage particularly with such fine cloud patterns clambering over the mountain backdrop.
