Islands

Hopeman, Moray, Scotland

Although it wasn't really apparent at low tide once it started it's inexorable march in and started to cover Hopeman's sandy bay, the satellite flat plates of rock started to become minature islands. I noticed that the sky was also layered with strings of clouds which seemed to echo the islands so I created a pattern out of both with repeating shapes and the gentle hues of a delicate sunset that turned to dusk.
