Hopeman usually promises more than its fair share of great seascapes particularly during the summer months when the sun sets far enough North to shine directly into the north facing bays. I have been familiar with this little stack of layered rocks for a while and have always loved the wee line of mustard coloured weed that skirts them. On this occasion the composition was completed by a tiny patch of rouge opened up in a deep indigo sky. The rock stack pointing the way. Its a very strong contender for my Best dozen images.
