Fovant, Salisbury, UK

I think this is stretching my poor old Coolpix to the macro limit....
But this is the first flower to appear on my spider plant, and it's less than 2cm across... -- but, I think, totally worth capturing!

I particularly liked the little yellow bootee-like anthers dangling at the end of the filaments...!

I adore the colours! So cheerful. (I have a 5700 - no idea what it can do macro wise though. (Never got on with it, found the menu too complicated!)

Well you have done a pretty fine job of it too :-) Definately worth capturing!
