Trying to bring a little cheer
to all the monochromatic shots
of ice, snow and cloud: here is this
morning's sunrise....

We've not seen the sun, since.
In fact: it's been snowing hard, all
evening... -- and the world
has turned white, again.

A fine composition, the red tones add warmth to the cold of winter. Nice blue tones on the snow reflected from the blue sky. V

You just need a little bit of sun each day to make a big difference. Or a little bit of sun in an image to make it warm and optimistic - like this one.

...we've been under cloud and fog for two weeks. :(
