Why doesn't NYU tear this building down. Move the physics Department to the their science center in Brooklyn and construct a building that relates more to the community and provides more expansion space without destroying children's playgrounds, park strips, treasured community gardens, etc., in their NYC/NYU2031 ill conceived plan.
