Eruptive prominence

This images contains two different capture areas, because I only have the etx RA mount to track the sun, I always need to crop some parts of the edges, reducing the field of view, because of the imperfect sidereal tracking, the edges do not have the same number of stacks.

this image it's a composition of 3 captures: 1.- for the surface detail at the left or top at 1/30 sec 2-. for the right or bottom at 1/30 and 3-. for the Prom with 1/15 sec, so the last it is showing some spurious light around the prom and the sun limb, probably it is a reflection in the web cam case.

If you want, try to colorized the surface and the prom at different layer making copies, you can use the "magic Wang" to select the sun disc then paste it over the proms image using the "Feather" function to make the union more smooth.

other sizes: small original auto
