There is a tourist office in Rawalakot. They can book everything for you. You have to be firm though as they usually fob you off. If they mess you around, put pressure on them and tell them that you will complain.

I do not know why developed countries like to see and continue to see developed countries like Ethiopia remaining on the bottom of HDI. What I think is that they must give their support-support that can really help them move out from that rampant poverty and the over 83 million people can see something different. I studied at Ghaziabad High School when our head master was Sher Afzal Sb and other teacher were Hayat Shib Hamid Sahib Gulzar Sahib (T.T) and Abdul Razzak Bakel. During this period I met onece to Bakel please conveyay my salam to thease my great teachers. I passed my marriculation from Dehir Kot. After spending 30 year I am not yet forgot my friends Akhtar, Shakeel, Gava, Naseer, from Timrota and may others, from this forum I wish to pay them my Salam and pray for happy life.
