Washington Under Threat -- Again

Once again Washington, D.C., finds itself under threat, this time in advance of President Biden's State of the Union address on March 1 at the US Capitol. Due to reports of a convoy of trucks on its way here to protest vaccine and mask mandates (and who knows what else), the Capitol has yet again been surrounded with fencing, with even more of it on the building itself near upper entrances. There are Humvees, dump trucks and snowplows all over our neighborhood of Capitol Hill as well as on freeway exits into the city to try to prevent tractor-trailers from entering the District. NOTE: Now it's being reported that the truck convoy won't get here until the weekend, so after Biden's speech.
