Vác: City of Churches on the Danube

We took a short drive to Vác [sounds sort of like vahts], a city 40 kilometers north of Budapest that has been situated on the banks of the Danube since the year 1000. There were some buildings of note on the main square, but the main attraction seemed to be its churches, and so most of the images I took were of them. UPDATE: We returned on a sunny winter's day and saw much more. What a difference some sunshine makes!
