Tallinn, the capital of Estonia, is a fascinating city with a medieval Old Town that has been designated part of the World Heritage by UNESCO and very odd weather, which seems to change by the minute -- sunny, then cloudy, then rainy, then sunny. I was outside after 11 p.m. and it was still light -- I've never seen anything like it. And the sun rises at 4 a.m. in the summer!
