For nearly a century, the Navy Yard Car Barn — pictured in this mural — served as the last stop on the Red Line, repairing and rerouting streetcars across the nation’s capital for the Capital Transit Company. Now this historic car barn has been turned into a state-of-the-art event venue called Capital Turnaround with a variety of versatile spaces for hosting retreats, corporate meetings, conferences, weddings, parties and other social events.
