‘Speed hump’

This just happened around the corner from our house, during a thunderstorm. Seems like we’re seeing more and more of this in our neighborhood, which admittedly does have a lot of big trees.

Not hard to guess what this restaurant serves, posted earlier:

This is a side street, not too wide, and I see that on the left side within a short distance there were 4 big trees including this one. There might not be enough space or water for all the roots to share. So some roots could dry up and become brittle. When there's a storm, the tree just loses the grip and falls. ~V~

Quite a speed bump! That reminds me when I was at a resort in the US Virgin Islands (Bolongo Bay) and the first day I was there, I noticed a sign that warns of the sleeping policeman ... well, I looked for him, where the hell was he hiding. It took me a couple days to figure out that they call speed bumps, sleeping policeman! Anyways, I hope you guys got to clean that mess. I'm sure Trump would say that the tree fell 'coz of Joe Biden ...
