Exclusive dog park?

We came across this dog park while searching for murals along the Metropolitan Branch Trail in Eckington. It was actually quite nice, except there weren’t any other dogs there. Maybe that was because there’s a really big and popular dog park a few blocks away along the trail, complete with murals.
