NoMa mural

This mural is written in American Sign Language, and thanks to Carl, I now know it reads "NoMa," short for the North of Massachusetts Avenue area. It was created by competition winner Michelle McAuliffe, a student at Gallaudet University, the only university in the world for the deaf and hard of hearing.
