Queenie had to go to the vet the other night, and the receptionist put us in a room that had two chairs so we could both sit while we waited for the vet. Before Tim could sit down, Queenie jumped into one of the armchairs and wanted reassurance. She was a bit nervous about being there, with good reason, it turned out (she had to have her anal glands expressed).
