Our two peony plants, which had gone thru a traumatic transplant a few years ago, only produced one flower this year. The garden center thought it was due to insufficient water – maybe, but I’m not entirely sure about that. In any case, I found this peony, which resembles our more than 20-year-old one, down the block so am posting a picture of it in place of ours.
