‘Putin terrorist!!!’

Seen on a car with diplomatic plates near Constitution Gardens. It also had something written in Ukrainian (I think) on the rear window. There was at least one protest against Russia in Washington that day, and we ran into the demonstrators returning to their cars.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by PBase are decidedly
unsharp.
