New kid on the block

Not the greatest picture as this duck was way out in the middle of the lake, but Tim wanted to try to get a shot of it despite the distance. I’m just guessing, but could it be a female bufflehead? We’ve never seen them before at Constitution Gardens, nor did we see the showier male that day.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by PBase are decidedly
unsharp.

Nice one Tim a really nice Bufflehead capture nice, rippled reflection good detail and nice placement into the frame.

yes you got the ID correctly...they are common out here, and while couples are often together, still either gender xan appear alone...
