I take a picture of these guys every year, although usually from our second floor, because I’m just amazed that the District government sends out giant vacuum cleaners to clear the streets of leaves. They’re very late this year and aren’t doing the best job, but at least we’ll get rid of some of the leaves we’re drowning in, that is if they ever get to our block. This is around the corner on Massachusetts Avenue, so one can always hope.
