Last of the roses

The monks at the Franciscan Monastery must spend a lot of time tending the gardens there. Every time we visited this summer (four times) they had new flowers where these roses now are. They didn’t attract many insects, but they were nice to look at. The entrance to the church is in the background.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by PBase are decidedly
unsharp.
